mums' the word has been working with Conker Recruitment for some time now. We were approached by them to create the styling and illustrations for their online assessment tool 'Conker Inside. 

Conker Inside is a quick but accurate assessment of your own leadership style, providing clear and powerful insights into your natural preferences towards the most important aspects of leadership. The illustrations needed to represent 16 types of leadership type without being generalised or cliched. The feedback from what we handed over has been very encouraging. You can take the test here.
